WHERE TO PARK

The best place to park for the Hope St Xchange is the Sunderland University “City Campus” Car Park. This is located on Clanny Street, SR1 3SD.

Parking is £1.60 an hour here and can be paid for via the Just Park App using location code 807485.

If you’re coming by public transport or by foot, please note we will enter the building from the top entrance on Hope Street (the university campus side of the building).

WHAT TO EXPECT

Each Sunday, the service begins at 10:30am but our doors are always open for 10am.

Our friendly team will be waiting at the main doors of the Hope Street Xchange, ready to greet you and show you through to the room where we meet.

There, you’ll be able to grab a brew from our coffee bar, make yourself at home and meet some people before the service begins.

Our services run for about 90 mins. We start with songs that help us connect with God (don’t worry if you’ve never heard them before; the words will be on the screen so you can join in if you want to). You can also use the time to reflect, pray, observe, or whatever you feel comfortable doing. After that, we’ll have some prayer or hear people share their life stories. One of our pastors will then share an encouraging and hope-filled message about Jesus.

Kids

Alongside our Sunday service, we have C3 Kids for all children aged 2-10. This ministry is packed full of games, crafts and stories to help them meet Jesus for themselves and grow in their faith.

Check out our C3 Kids page for more info and to fill out our consent form.
