WEEKEND AWAY 2024

The weekend will include powerful times of worship, prayer and teaching alongside fun actives and plenty of family time.

Location

Bassenfell Manor is in the beautiful Lake District, very close to Keswick. It takes roughly 2.5 hours to drive there. If you need a lift, let us know and we can help with that.

Accommodation

We have 45 residential spaces available for this weekend.

Accommodation is in the rooms of the Manor House itself (a mixture of room sizes, a mixture of single beds and bunk beds, with bedding included – but not towels!).

Once we have the booking list finalised we’ll be able to allocate rooms, but families will be together as far as possible. All rooms are ensuite.

Pricing

We have tried to keep the price as low as possible. The prices are:

£80 for adults
£45 for children aged 5-16
£15 for 4 and unders

This includes accommodation, and all meals.

There will also be a range of outdoor activities available on the Saturday afternoon, hosted by Bassenfell Manor, that will have an additional cost if you’d like to sign up for them – just let us know in your booking form if you’d like to join in. If those activities aren’t for you, there will also be the opportunity to enjoy the grounds at the Manor or explore the local area in the free time!

If money is an issue for you, we’d rather have you for a reduced price than not have you! Please let us know by checking the box that you would require some help and we will be in touch.

If you are able to help subsidise someone, please donate (using gift aid if possible) to help cover the costs.

Payment for the weekend is done via bank transfer and not within the form.  Please follow the instructions in your confirmation email on how to pay. All payments must be made by 1st February 2024.
